In our work together, we gently explore and address these patterns. Using a variety of therapeutic and holistic approaches, we work to release stored stress and emotional residue so your body and mind can return to a more balanced, grounded state. I hold the belief that many forms of dis-ease—whether it's feeling low energy, emotional eating, procrastination, chronic stress, sadness, or simply feeling off—are connected to underlying emotional experiences.
